Join us this Saturday 14 February for his first thoughtfully curated $120pp Valentine's Day Dinner set-menu of Stone Axe Wagyu Carpaccio, Tigermilk & Charred Citrus Hirmasa Kingfish, Yuzu Buerre Blanc Glacer 51 Toothfish and Rangers Valley Black Angus Tenderloin, with optional pairings of curated wines from our list.
