The Windsor is turning up the heat for one night of pure Latin celebration. From 4pm, Jere Sosa kicks things off with flamenco and Latin tunes, setting a sultry, sun-drenched tone as the margaritas start flowing at $15 a pop.

At 7.30pm, clear some space on the floor — Maita del Mar is running a free salsa class, no partner or experience required, just bring your best hips and a sense of fun. Stick around and show off what you've learned: the night's best salsa duo will walk away with a $50 bar card.

From 9pm, Latin Band Candela takes over and carries the party through to midnight, with a full night of rhythm, brass, and dance floor energy inspired by the sounds of Cuba, Colombia, and beyond.
