Langmeil Wine Dinner

  • The Windsor Hotel 112 Mill Point Road South Perth, WA, 6151 Australia (map)

Join Barossa royalty Langmeil Winery on Wednesday June 11 for a spectacular 4-course, 6-wine paired dinner hosted by owner & chief winemaker, James Lindner.

Nestled in the Barossa Valley, Langmeil Winery is a family-owned treasure, home to what is believed to be the world’s oldest Shiraz vineyard, planted in 1843.

The winemakers draw on both old world and new world techniques while practicing both minimal filtration and human intervention to ensure the grape’s full potential is captured. After each wine destined for barrel has completed its malolactic fermentation, it is matured in new and seasoned American and French oak barrels for 12 to 24 months prior to bottling.

James Halliday AM, in his Australian Wine Companion, rates Langmeil a ‘five red star’ winery. In 2014 Langmeil’s flagship wine, The Freedom 1843 Shiraz, joined the prestigious Langton’s Classification VI honour roll in the ‘excellent’ category.

Join us for a 4-course, 6-wine paired dinner showcasing Barossa’s elite vineyard!

Reserve your seat now for only $145pp.
