Our kitchen is led by Head Chef, Antoine Mayer, and his excellent team who hail from all over the world: Asia, France, Italy, Brazil and of course, Australia. The team have created a fusion style menu, bringing together flavours from around the globe, whilst paying tribute to some Australian favourites

Food may be pickled, smoked, wood-fired, cured or cooked sous-vide style. We always use seasonal and local produce, working with Perth-based suppliers and sourcing the finest seafood and meat from Western Australia. We cook from scratch, we cook fresh, and we cook delicious food
